If you move forward with the repair, the diagnostic is completely free. If after we diagnose the issue you decide not to proceed, we charge a flat $99 diagnostic fee. We believe in being upfront about this — no surprises. We’ll always tell you what’s wrong and what it’ll cost before any work begins.
Do you offer discounts for veterans, seniors, or first responders?
